About

If you are not ready to read a wall of text about me and my practice, maybe a list about my approaches or who I work with is more your speed. In my experience, those who are the most successful when working with me, are those who feel like we would work well together. A vibe check if you will. Looking to chat and find out if we are a good match? Reach out here for a no fee consultation. To know more about my clinical, educational, personal, and professional experience, tap or click here. And if you are ready to read more, enjoy the next three paragraphs.

There may have been times when you were denied understanding or compassion due to assumptions about the money, abilities, or external qualities you have. This space is not that, and there is no requirement to show up a specific way. I hold grace for the human condition because it's powerful. We will collaborate as you challenge your comfort zones and begin to realize you can trust yourself and your bodymind. I specialize in guiding those who are navigating complex or vicarious trauma, caregiving or parenting after trauma, compassion fatigue, no/low contact, and post-traumatic growth. If you are looking for something else, I have trusted colleagues or resources to share with you.

My approach has a lens of neuroscience, humor, and compassionate liberation, while noticing how relationships impact well-being. Being dedicated to your mental wealth means we will incorporate community, culture, and capacity into your care, so you are more successful when releasing tensions. As a non-pathologizing provider, diagnoses will only be used when required and with your collaboration. Artificial intelligence (AI) will not be used in the delivery of your care, however, we do use it to edit and create our marketing and websites.

As someone with lived experience I am willing to offer this, when appropriate, as a way to normalize the human experience and shift dynamics in hierarchical systems. It also means I know addressing trauma gets WiLd. Finding supportive resources will be part of our work together, because lived experience does not translate into being an expert on your situation or your only source of information.

If you think we could be a good match, reach out and let's taco 'bout it. If we have collaborated in the past, reach out anytime to check availability.

Rates and Utilizing Insurance

I am in-network with multiple insurance companies, but your benefit coverage is based on your specific plan. Complimentary consultations are available to answer any questions. I want to make sure you have all the information you need to verify coverage with insurance and make an informed decision about your mental healthcare. Copays and payments are due at the time of service. For those not utilizing insurance benefits, equity rates are available.
